Contact & business information: your name, business name, service address, phone number, and email, collected when you request a quote or sign a Program Agreement.

Billing information: your card or bank account details for Autopay, collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card or bank account number ourselves.

Referral information: if you're referred by an existing client, or you refer someone else, we record the referring and referred business names to administer our Referral Discount Program.

Service & site details: notes about your equipment, service history, and site access needs, used to schedule and perform visits.

Marketing photos: before/after photos of completed work, if you have not opted out of our Marketing & Photo Release.

Website usage information: if you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information (such as pages visited and browser type) through analytics tools, to understand and improve our site. We do not use this information to make decisions about you individually.
2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to: schedule and perform your subscription services; bill and process payments through Autopay or Prepay; administer the Referral Discount Program; communicate with you about your Program, scheduling, or billing; comply with legal and food-safety recordkeeping obligations; and, where you haven't opted out, for marketing purposes such as showcasing completed work.
3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

With our payment processor, to process Autopay and Prepay charges.

With service providers who help us operate (e.g., scheduling or accounting tools), under confidentiality obligations.

As required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain client and billing records for as long as needed to provide services, satisfy tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes, and generally for the duration described in the confidentiality provisions of your Program Agreement (three years after your Program ends) unless a longer period is required by law.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on payment processors that maintain their own industry-standard security (e.g., PCI-DSS compliance) for payment data.
6. Your Choices & Rights

Marketing photos: you may opt out at signing or at any time afterward by contacting us.

Corrections: you can ask us to correct or update your business or billing contact information at any time.

California privacy rights: depending on the size and nature of our data processing, California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
